Mr. Naishtut was born in Brooklyn, New York City in 1955. He earned a B.A. degree in 1977 from Clark University and a J.D. degree from Hofstra Law School in 1980. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1981. Mr. Naishtut is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations, and is a member of the Family Law Section. He has also served as a Board Member and Campaign Co-Chair for the United Way of Port Chester, Rye and Rye Brook. Mr. Naishtut has practiced exclusively in the area of matrimonial / divorce and family law for over 25 years. He is also a certified and experienced Mediator and is a member of the New York State Bar Association Special Committee on Mediation and Arbitration.
