Mr. Gallo was born on February, 1949, and grew up in Pleasantville, New York. He received
a degree in Business Administration from Pace College in 1971, majoring in Accounting, and
received his Juris Doctor degree in 1978 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He was
admitted to practice law in New York State in 1979, and is also admitted to practice before the
United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Mr. Gallo is a
member of the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County, the Columbian Lawyers Association
of Westchester County, the Westchester County Bar Association, the New York State Bar
Association, and is the Treasurer of the Port Chester / Rye Bar Association. Mr. Gallo specializes in
estate planning, estate administration and elder law. Mr. Gallo also practices in the areas of real
estate, general business, landlord/tenant and as general counsel to cooperative corporations. Mr.
Gallo lives in Armonk, New York where he is an active member and Treasurer of the Armonk
Independent Fire and Ambulance Company, and is a Commissioner of the Fire District No. 2 of the
Town of North Castle. Mr. Gallo has an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell. |
