Steven D.
Feinstein Mr. Feinstein was born in New York City in April, 1960. He received a B.A. degree in 1982 from The University of North Carolina and a J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University in 1985. He is chairman of the litigation department of the firm and has been admitted to practice in New York since 1986. Mr. Feinstein is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Westchester County Bar Association and Port Chester / Rye Bar Association. In 2003, Mr. Feinstein joined a team of experienced trial lawyers who volunteered to represent victims of the September 11th disaster. He is appointed as Guardian Ad Litem by the Surrogate of Westchester County. Mr. Feinstein practices civil litigation with emphasis in the areas of medical malpractice, serious personal injury, estate and contested probate proceedings, bankruptcy, business, commercial and construction disputes. |
